Relief maps and field shading

To lay emphasis on a relief structuring of the map, we do not use only coordinates but also resources inferred from analysis of a digital model of a field. A relief can be illustrated either by colour hypsometry, shading or combination of the both methods. Colour hypsometry consists of height intervals that are defined by isolines (coordinates) of determined altitudes. Adjoining zones are distinguished by colour shadow that changes from green one for lowlands through yellow one to brown or white ones for the high mountain ranges. The other possibility is a shadow field. It is made of a digital model of a field by its floodlit, usually from the north-west. Shadow hypsometry is made by combination of the both methods. In this case the most suitable form is a utilization of raster representation in GRID model in order to permeat the both rasters and to reach a very impressive and forcible result.

The other useful aid, especially for planning touristic and bike trips, are differences in elevation of proposed or recommended tours.

Street maps

Street maps make a classical title of digital cartography. By virtue of a well-arranged and rich content it serves to easy orientation in towns. Apart from communications with current names of streeets they also contain important offices and establishments, historical sights, cultural and sport facilities, accommodating and catering capacities inclusive their descriptions. Lines of urban transport and bus stops are also shown on the map. Interesting information for tourists are demonstrated by icons, whose importance is evident from a legend. A description of housing estates, quarters, parts of towns and local names are also on the map.

Street maps are provided in a digital form in conformity with customer's instructions, usually in the Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) format.

We also offer a preparation of map viewports from these data for advertisement and sales promotion purposes.

House Number Maps

House Number Maps are the basic and the most up-to-date basis for orientation in an area of a village or a town and they are very good helper to civil servants, institutions, businessmen and citizens, too. These ones are designed in two basic forms. Most of users use paper maps, that can be used either as the wall or working basis for putting down of changes and other data. We always arrange a large scale composition of an area, available for a customer in a form of offset printout or a plotter one in a low required load. A possibility of a continual actualization of the content and printing of the topic versions is an advantage of the plotter printout. We provide maps as geographic data of the whole village or town area structured into topic layers, that are possible to be incorporated into the GIS of an office or an institution.

House Number Maps contain communications with current street names, cadastral borders, areas broken up according to the way of usage and their borders, waters, buildings with house numbers and then names of villages, town quarters, housing estates, water-courses and a denomination of cadastral areas.
